A little more about me...
I started my work life as a nursery nurse and have over 20yrs of experience within local authority, working both in family support and supporting early years settings with inclusion. Through the challenges in my own life of lone parenting and loss, I attended therapy, which I found to be such a helpful experience to understand things that had happened, and how I had, or not, managed them. I then trained in Person-Centred Counselling followed by a degree in Integrative therapy.

I have experience of counselling within a homeless shelter, charities, school and college. I have experience working with many things that block us, such as anxiety, depression, low self-worth, trauma, loss and bereavement.
Please do make contact to access your free 30min telephone consult so we can see if I can be of any help!
